PRACTICAL 3D PRINTING WORKSHOP

CUSTOM 3D PRINTING

One-off parts, prototypes and small production runs. PLA, PETG and specialist engineering materials.

Have a model, a broken component or simply an idea? Send us the details and we’ll check whether 3D printing is the right solution.

WHAT WE CAN MAKE

WE PRINT THE PARTS YOU NEED

From a missing bracket to a prototype of a new product. Custom 3D printing can be a practical option even when you only need a single part.

01

Replacement parts

Hard-to-find components, subject to an assessment of the application.

02

3D prototypes

Explore shape, fit and concepts before moving further with a project.

03

Brackets and adapters

Useful mounts, adapters and parts made for specific requirements.

04

Enclosures

Covers, housings and custom cases for individual projects.

05

Mounting components

Spacers, supports, connectors and assembly aids.

06

Functional parts

3D printed components intended for practical, everyday use.

07

Unusual components

Have a photo, sketch or dimensions? We can assess the possibilities.

08

Small production runs

A handful of parts without the cost of making a mould.

No ready-made 3D model? Send a photo, dimensions or a description — we’ll see whether we can develop a workable solution.

FILAMENT SELECTION

THE RIGHT MATERIAL FOR THE APPLICATION

Not every part needs to be printed in PLA. The best material depends on where and how the component will be used.

01 / 03A VERSATILE CHOICE

PLA

PLA is suitable for prototypes, visual models, decorative pieces and enclosures with moderate performance requirements.

PETG

PETG can be a good option for brackets, adapters and functional components requiring greater resistance than standard PLA.

Brackets · adapters · workshop use
03 / 03ENGINEERING MATERIALS

TECH / IGLIDUR

Specialist filaments, including IGLIDUR, for selected sliding parts, bushings, guides and moving components where tribological properties matter.

Bushings · guides · moving parts

Not sure which material to choose? Tell us how and where the part will be used and we’ll help select an appropriate solution.

3D PRINTING AT WORK

MORE THAN DECORATIVE PRINTS

3D printed parts can solve practical problems, from a missing cover to a custom-made adapter.

  • A part you can no longer buy?
  • A custom bracket or mounting piece?
  • A prototype that needs testing in use?

Show us what you need. We’ll assess feasibility, suitable materials and the limits of the application. Safety-critical components require separate evaluation and cannot always be replaced by a printed part.

A SINGLE PART IS WORTH MAKING

YOU DON’T NEED TO ORDER A HUNDRED PIECES.

One of the key advantages of 3D printing is the ability to produce a single component or a small batch without investing in expensive tooling.

COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQ

01Can I order just one part?

Yes. We make both one-off 3D prints and small batches.

02Do I need a finished 3D model?

Not necessarily. Send a description, sketch, photos and dimensions. We’ll assess whether a suitable solution can be developed.

03Can you reproduce a part from a photo?

Photos are a useful starting point, but dimensions, additional views or a sample part are often needed. Not every component can be reconstructed from a photo alone.

04PLA or PETG?

PLA is often used for models and prototypes. PETG may be better for functional parts. The right choice depends on operating conditions.

05What is IGLIDUR?

IGLIDUR is a range of engineering materials that includes filaments for selected sliding and moving applications. We choose the specific grade to suit the job.

06Do you make functional parts?

Yes, where the technology and material are suitable. Some components, especially safety-critical ones, should not be replaced with a 3D print.

07Can you make a small batch?

Yes. We also produce small runs, with the scope agreed individually.

08How do I request a quote?

Email zamowienia@gratytaty.eu with a 3D file, dimensions, photos or a description. Include the quantity you need and how the part will be used.
